Refund Policy

Consultation bookings may be canceled at any time before the scheduled appointment. However, the refund policy is as follows:

1. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the consultation: Full refund.
2. Cancellations made between 48 to 24 hours before the consultation: 50% refund.
3. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the consultation: No refund.

 

Conditions for Cancellation

  1. In all cases where refunds are issued, any expenses incurred on your behalf will be deducted before processing the balance
  2. Refunds will be transferred to your account within 14 days from the cancellation date, although delays may occur during festive seasons.
  3. All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted via email.

Document Submission for Consultation

Since consultations last only 30 minutes, submitting documents during the session will reduce the available time for discussion.
A single-page document may be reviewed during the consultation; however, for multiple documents or lengthy materials, it is advisable to submit them in advance.

The fee for reviewing an A4-sized, single-sided document is £15.
Documents must be sent via email, and upon receipt, we will issue an acknowledgment email along with an invoice.

Document review will take up to five days from the date of payment.
Impact of Document Submission on Booking Dates
Submitting documents will not affect your scheduled booking unless your consultation involves discussing the documents.

If your consultation session is intended for document review, your booking will be rescheduled to the next available slot five days after the date of payment for document viewing.
